- Ineligibility or Disqualification: No refunds will be issued to participants who are disqualified from an event due to rule violations or who do not meet eligibility requirements after payment.

- Prize Disputes: Any disputes regarding prizes are handled according to LDL's Prize Distribution Terms and Conditions, and refunds are not available in such cases.

If a chargeback is initiated through your bank or payment provider without first contacting LDL for a refund, your account may be temporarily suspended while the matter is resolved. In case of fraudulent chargebacks, LDL reserves the right to permanently suspend or ban the user's account.
